→paint (epoxy resin with nylon to make the surface more beautiful and colorful)

→Testing (pressure and seal)

1-body: ductile iron GGG45/50

2-Stem: stainless steel 420/431

3-surface: paint epoxy resin with nylon,the thickness is 250 μm

4-Stem Seal: five procedure to make sure the stem seal stable

5-working pressure:1.0/1.6Mpa ( seal housing testing pressure-24bar)

6-Flashboard: ductile iron with 100% EPDM coated (5mm thickness)

7-Standard: AS2638.2/DIN3352/BS5163
